It all took place in their own basement, which was transformed into an atmospheric and colorful party universe with flowers, lighting, and summery details. When the setting needs to be unique, but the atmosphere just right, it's all about thinking creatively. For this summer party, we moved into the client's basement and transformed it into a true Indian Summer universe with warm colors, cozy zones, and plenty of 'wow' factor.
Unique event styling – from basement to party oasis
For this company party, the client wanted to round off the summer in style – within their own premises. The task was to transform a dark basement into a warm and colorful party oasis with an Indian Summer theme. Our event designers worked with warm hues, natural materials, and sensory details to bring the charm of the season into the space.
The basement was divided into zones, each with its own atmosphere: lounge areas with soft furniture, a bar and dance floor, an activity zone with shuffleboard and cornhole, and a dining area with lavishly set tables. Large floral arrangements and bouquets in late summer colors were placed throughout all areas, creating a cohesive visual theme.

Food, music, and activities combined into one experience
The party's content was tailored to the atmosphere and the venue. A grill chef prepared food on-site, filling the room with the scent of summer. A DJ provided the music and got the dance floor going, while a quiz facilitated by Go To Events brought guests together for fun and entertaining activities.
The activity zone made it easy for guests to chat and connect throughout the evening. Here, guests could compete in cornhole or enjoy a relaxed game of shuffleboard – all while sharing laughs and pleasant conversations.
Indian Summer summer party with lights, colors, and atmosphere
To create the perfect atmosphere in the basement, we used hundreds of meters of string lights, wooden beams with colorful bulbs, and star-effect lighting over the dining area. All walls were illuminated with event lighting, adding depth and warmth to the space, making the otherwise raw venue feel intimate and vibrant.
Tables were set with fabric tablecloths, colored napkins, ceramics, and glassware, all matching the theme's earthy, warm aesthetic. Every detail – from decorations to lighting – worked together to transform the space into a complete and inviting party experience.
