Summer Party at Reffen with a View of Copenhagen Harbor

The backyard at Reffen sets the stage for an urban summer party

The backyard is a place with plenty of character. The industrial surroundings are part of the experience, so we designed the decor to highlight them.

We tailored the lighting, tables, and decorations to complement the rustic setting and let the view of the harbor become a natural part of the celebration.

Street food, cold draft beer, and long summer evenings

The food was served from Warpigs’ food truck right outside the venue. This gave guests the freedom to pick up their food, chat on the terrace, and enjoy the balmy summer evening with a view of the water.

Inside, the bar was set up with Baghaven’s many draft beer taps, and as the evening wore on, guests spread out between the indoor area and the outdoor spaces. It’s precisely this movement between indoors and outdoors that makes a summer party at Reffen so special.

A summer party where the hosts could enjoy the evening

For the client, the goal was simple. The staff association didn't want to spend the evening coordinating vendors or keeping track of schedules.

That's why we handled the planning and execution from start to finish, so the hosts could be part of the party on an equal footing with their colleagues.
