Corporate festival at Tunnelfabrikken for 700+ guests

The festival kicked off with an exciting '7-challenge,' where participants, divided into teams, rotated through fun and challenging stations. They tested their skills with activities ranging from strength tests and boxing machines to basketball races and physical relays – all designed to strengthen teamwork and create plenty of laughter. The day concluded with an awards ceremony on stage for the top-performing teams.

In the large lounge zone, guests could relax between activities and concerts. We created an area here with fun activities, offering space for play and relaxation, all within an atmospheric setting featuring lounge furniture and festival styling.

The stage in Tunnelfabrikken's large hall was set up with professional sound, lighting, and smoke, ready for an evening of high energy. The festival featured three live bands, including an energetic 00s hit show and a spectacular final show with Infernal. Throughout the evening, live DJs kept the party going, while confetti, smoke machines, and light shows enhanced the visual experience.

No festival is complete without good food – and for this corporate festival, we created a food hall with eight different food trucks. Guests could explore street food from around the world, finding everything from crispy tacos and juicy burgers to freshly prepared Asian comfort food.

Go To Events handled all project management, bookings, and logistics – from stage technology to guest management. Staff were present in all zones, an MC guided guests through the day's program, and as the evening concluded, our shuttle buses were ready to bring guests safely home.
