Team building and company Christmas party

We divided the day into two parts. In the morning, the employees had to complete a series of disciplines for their very own Winter Olympics. We prepared the common room for the Winter Olympics with snow-covered Christmas trees, ski racks, oil drums, and other styling elements.

From cafeteria to winter wonderland

The customer wanted a winter wonderland theme in their large cafeteria. We styled the cafeteria with white tablecloths, LED balloons, event lighting, table decorations, and snow-covered Christmas trees. The decorations were made to match the winter theme. To completely change the atmosphere in the large cafeteria room, we set up event lighting with cool blue light that transformed the entire mood of the room.

Music bingo as entertainment

For the evening's entertainment, we had arranged our popular Music Bingo – a perfect activity to bring the whole room together. The concept combines classic bingo excitement with a music quiz, where guests compete to recognize songs and artists. With an experienced host at the helm, the mood was set, and it wasn't long before people were up from their seats, dancing at the tables and singing along to the familiar hits. Music Bingo is entertainment that creates community and, not least, lots of laughter.
