Go To Events created an unforgettable family day for over 950 participants, featuring fun, entertainment, and exciting activities for both children and adults.
DHL's employees and their families enjoyed a day filled with joy and community when Go To Events organized a large-scale family day. The area was transformed from a truck stop into a festive venue overnight, and in just 8 hours, everything was ready for a day of shows, creative activities, and delicious food. With stage entertainment, activities in the kids' zone, and tasty snacks, all participants were treated to a wealth of fun experiences.
Go To Events handled everything – from planning and logistics to the design and branding of the event space. With a red carpet, balloons, and flags in DHL's colors, the venue was set for a unique family day for DHL.
Impressive Shows and Music
Live Music and Entertainment from the Main Stage
Guests were first greeted by the sound of live music and the sight of a huge stage, featuring live entertainment throughout the event. A bubble artist created pure magic with giant bubbles, captivating children who watched with wide eyes and smiles, eager for their turn to try. The main stage offered continuous entertainment, including live music, a DJ, and various acts that kept the energy high all day.

Magical KidsZone and Fun Activities
The KreaZone was a true paradise for the children! Here, they could paint their own t-shirts or decorate postcards with DHL's logo, flowers, and sand – unique creations they could proudly take home. The little artists were deeply focused and thoroughly enjoyed creating something special.
The kids' zone buzzed with activity all day: face painters transformed children into colorful characters, while the popcorn machine and slush ice bar drew the little ones in like magnets. The board game zone and mini-golf offered families a chance to compete in a fun and informal way – a true haven for children of all ages, where they could play and create memories with their families.

Food Experiences for All Tastes
The delicious aroma of freshly grilled food quickly spread from the more than 10 grilling stations, where our chefs were ready with tasty dishes for the hungry guests. There was something for everyone – from juicy steaks and crispy vegetables to healthy snacks like tomatoes, nuts, and bananas from our popular fruit and vegetable stand. Guests could mix their own healthy snack bags, while our festival bars served everything from cold draft beer to juice and ice-cold sodas. Coffee-loving guests were treated to freshly brewed coffee and warm cookies from the barista carts, which gave the entire area a cozy café atmosphere. No matter where you went, there was something delicious to tempt the taste buds.

For those ready for some action, a sea of fun activities awaited. From giant bouncy castles, mega dart, and shuffleboards to table tennis and mini-golf, there were activities for every taste. For the adventurous, there were surfboards and giant wrecking balls that challenged even the bravest – while others could take it easier with a round of mini-golf. Laughter and excitement were everywhere, and the day ended with a feeling of togetherness, where DHL's employees and their families enjoyed a day filled with fun, games, and shared experiences.
