Wine Tasting with Coworkers
A wine tasting is one of the easiest ways to bring the team together. There are no challenges to solve, no points to earn—just carefully selected wines, a skilled sommelier, and a couple of hours where conversation flows naturally.
It’s especially great for a diverse group: those who want to learn something new, those who just want to unwind after work, and those who would otherwise roll their eyes at the word “team building.” With a wine tasting, everyone takes something home—whether it’s new knowledge, new conversations, or just a fun evening with coworkers.
You’ll be joined by a professional sommelier who will introduce each wine and explain where it comes from, what to look for, and how the flavor develops. It’s a conversation around the table, not a lecture. We travel throughout the country, so you can host the event at your office, in your own space, at a rented venue, or at our location.
Create your own tasting menu
We tailor the tasting to your preferences. It can be a broad overview where you sample different styles, or a themed tasting focusing on a country, a region, or a specific type of wine.
- Red, white, or rosé
- Champagne and Other Sparkling Wines
- A Country or Region in Focus
- Levels ranging from curious beginner to seasoned wine connoisseur
We'll tailor the duration, number of wines, and difficulty level to suit your group and the rest of your day.

How a Wine Tasting Works
The sommelier will arrive well in advance and set up the glasses, spittoons, and other necessary accessories. All you have to do is show up and be ready.
The tasting begins with a brief welcome and an introduction to what you’ll be tasting and why these particular wines were chosen. Then you’ll be served the wines, one at a time. For each wine, the sommelier will discuss the grape variety, the region, the producer, and what to look for in the taste. You’ll learn how the color, aroma, and flavor are connected, and how you can become better at evaluating a wine yourself.
Between tastings, there’s time for conversation, questions, and comparing impressions. This is where conversations arise across departments and hierarchical levels. A tasting typically lasts 1.5–2 hours, including the introduction, and can stand alone or serve as an appetizer for a longer evening of dining and celebration.
