The Olympics is the perfect teambuilding activity for those who want to strengthen collaboration through various active disciplines and challenging games in a fun and informal atmosphere. The aim of the Olympics is to get people laughing together, create new connections, and strengthen team spirit across different teams. There is a strong focus on common goals and ample opportunity to see each other in a new light.
From the festive opening ceremony to the exciting finale, each team will compete for honor and recognition, utilizing a wide range of skills through creative and challenging activities. Among other things, you might find yourselves designing your own team flag, 'remixing' national anthems, and competing in various disciplines, all facilitated by Go To Events' skilled instructors.
The pursuit of medals is intense, and along the way, all the diverse talents and skills within the team will be needed. Team against team, you will compete in disciplines that require communication, collaboration, and team spirit. Cohesion and teamwork are the fundamental ingredients if your team is to achieve overall victory.
The final decision and distribution of medals will only be determined in the grand finale, where anything can be lost or won. Once the competition is successfully completed, the winning team in each discipline will be crowned, and the 'nation' with the most gold medals will claim overall victory as this year's Olympic champions, along with bragging rights in the office.
In addition to the medals from the individual disciplines, each 'nation' has the opportunity to nominate an athlete to receive one of the prestigious awards, such as Colleague of the Day, Most Spirited Effort, Fighter of the Day, and similar titles.
