We created a day filled with energy, community and competition when we gathered 300 employees for a tailor-made team building event at Messe C near Fredericia.

When 300 employees from all over the country met at Messe C near Fredericia, the stage was set for a day of smiles, competition and collegiality. Go To Events was behind a complete team building experience where everything from activities and logistics to entertainment and flow was planned down to the last detail.

Participants were divided into teams and competed in an active and entertaining 9-game event with disciplines such as the Snake Race, Horse Race, Basket Race, Cross and Bun Relay, Ladder Race and Mega Dart. Meanwhile, other guests could relax and enjoy themselves in our lounge area, which also offered activities and entertainment at a slower pace.

After the prize-giving and collective high-fives, the mood took a musical turn when Christian Brøns took the stage and kick-started the mood for the rest of the day, which turned into a blast of a summer party.

Fun activities that created laughter and unity

A tailor-made 9-game event including Worm Race, Mega Dart and Cross and Bun Relay got the body and community going. The activities were designed to engage everyone - regardless of age, role or fitness level.

Lounge areas with space for breaks and relaxation

Alongside the active setup, we created zones with lounge activities and opportunities for relaxation, games and good conversation. A respite where guests could recharge and cheer on their colleagues.

Live music and atmosphere with an edge

After the final round and the award ceremony, we turned up the atmosphere with an intimate live concert from Christian Brøns. The music brought people together and put the icing on the cake on a day full of experiences and kick-started the live program for the rest of the summer party.
