Summer party with Riviera vibes in the middle of Nørrebro

A sunny courtyard in the middle of Copenhagen was the setting for a Riviera-themed summer party - complete with delicious food, live music, colorful event styling and ice cream prepared live in front of guests.

To celebrate summer, we transformed a central courtyard in Nørrebro into an atmospheric oasis inspired by the French Riviera. With soft furniture, folding chairs, parasols and decorations in fresh colors, we created a cozy setting - both outdoors and indoors for the summer party.

Guests were greeted by cold drinks and DJ tunes, while the smell of barbecue wafted from the chefs preparing the food on site. The atmosphere was relaxed and festive - just like a southern summer day.

Later in the evening, nitrogen ice cream was served, made live in front of the guests - a refreshing and visual dessert experience. Around the courtyard we had created small cozy environments where you could enjoy the food, fun activities, conversations and music at your own pace.

Go To Events was responsible for the entire delivery - from concept and event design to coordination, execution and logistics. With respect for the location and attention to detail, we created a complete company party where theme, food, activities and atmosphere all came together - in the center of Copenhagen.

Summer party in green surroundings

In the heart of Copenhagen, we created a relaxed and exclusive summer party with a Riviera theme. In a green, inviting courtyard in Nørrebro, 150 guests were welcomed to an event where the atmosphere exuded color, summer, citrus and southern vibes - both inside and out. The location was styled with beach chairs, umbrellas, lavish floral installations and details like lemons, olive green and bright textiles that set the tone for the day.

BBQ, ice cream and tasty experiences for the company party

In front of the guests, the chefs grilled a delicious summer menu to be enjoyed al fresco. Later, fresh nitrogen ice cream made on site was served - an entertaining and flavorful finale that delighted and surprised everyone. The bar offered summer drinks and cold favorites that perfectly matched the warm weather and southern atmosphere.

Music and activities

A DJ set the mood for the party as guests moved between cozy conversations, fun activities and relaxed moments in the lounge. The combination of live music, good food, colorful styling and green surroundings created a party where the atmosphere naturally took on a life of its own.
