When the setting needs to be different, but the atmosphere needs to be just right, it's all about thinking creatively. For this summer party, we moved into the customer's basement - and transformed it into a true Indian Summer universe with warm colors, cozy zones and lots of wow effect.

The client wanted a relaxed and colorful end to the summer - with lots of atmosphere, warm colors and space for both dinner, party and fun. And it all had to take place in their own basement, which was transformed into an atmospheric and colorful party universe with flowers, lighting and summery details. A company party with an Indian Summer theme - created in the company's own setting and customized down to the smallest detail.

Unique event styling - from basement to party oasis

For this corporate party, the client wanted to end the summer in style - on their own premises. The brief was to transform a dark basement into a warm and colorful Indian Summer-themed party oasis. Our event designers worked with warm hues, natural materials and sensory details to bring the charm of the season into the space.

The basement was divided into zones with different atmospheres: lounge areas with soft furnishings, a bar and dance floor, an activity zone with shuffleboard and cornhole, and a dining zone with lavishly set tables. Large floral decorations and stem bouquets in late summer colors were placed in all areas, creating a consistent visual thread.

Food, music and activities all in one experience

The content of the party was tailored to the atmosphere and the venue. A grill chef prepared the food on site and filled the room with the smell of summer. A DJ provided the music and got the dance floor going, while a quiz facilitated by Go To Events brought guests together for fun and entertainment.

The activity zone made it easy to chat and socialize throughout the evening. Here, guests could compete in cornhole or enjoy a relaxed round of shuffleboard - all with room for laughter and conversation.

To create the right atmosphere in the basement, we used hundreds of meters of string lights, rafters with colored bulbs and starry sky lighting over the dining area. All walls were illuminated with event lighting, adding depth and warmth to the space and making the otherwise raw room feel intimate and alive.

The tables were set with fabric tablecloths, colored napkins, ceramics and glassware that matched the earthy, warm feel of the theme. Every detail - from decoration to lighting - worked together to transform the space into a seamless and inviting party experience.
