Worm Race

Worm Race is a fun and unique teambuilding activity where four participants sit on an inflatable worm and must bounce their way forward through a course marked with cones. Participants are not allowed to stand up or run; instead, they must sit down and find a common rhythm to move quickly. Only when the entire worm has crossed the finish line is the team considered finished. The first team to complete the course takes home the victory – and there's guaranteed to be plenty of laughter for both participants and spectators along the way!

If there are more than four participants on a team, we usually run it as a relay, where we swap participants when the worm is halfway through the course. This ensures that everyone can take part and that the team has the opportunity to collaborate across all participants.
